Supporting client in Development projects
We offer our clients full scope of Rewarding projets. Most of our Development projects at the moment are somehow connected with Pay Transparency and Pay Equity. Our way of working is always together with the client but we usually take the lead of the project management and project deliverables.
Interim work to support client in change
We work as part of our clients' HR team, supporting them throughout the annual compensation cycle. We provide senior-level interim support to lead the work and also we provide specialist or manager-level interim support. Depending on the client's needs, support can range from a few hours per week to a few days per week.
